   3. On your day of appointment, we advise you arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment so you may fill 

       out the Patient’s History Form and the Informed Consent Form in the presence of our Doctor.

   4. Payments. Upon verbal agreement, payment will be collected from you. This can be done via credit card, Zelle,

       Venmo or manager's check.

 

   5. After all the initial requirements are met (forms are filled and signed, payment is confirmed) the nurse or  

       aesthetician, depending on your treatment will lead you to the treatment room where you can relax and lay

       down on a comfortable treatment bed.

 

   6. The Treatments:

       For a facial exosome treatment, the Aesthetician cleans the surface to be treated & proceeds with the   

       treatment. This takes less than an hour and once it’s over, you may relax for 15 minutes and will be given final

       care instructions before you go.

 

• For a Stem Cell Injection, the Nurse proceeds with the injection on the area needed. This whole procedure takes around 20 minutes and once it’s over, you may relax for 15 minutes and will be given final care instructions before you go.

• For a Stem Cell Infusion, the Nurse prepares your IV catheter & proceeds with the treatment. This takes less than an hour and once it’s over, you may relax for 15 minutes and will be given final care instructions before you go.

   7. You will receive a follow up call after a week to see how you’re doing and to answer any question you may have.
